Network support unit
Provides non-stop functioning of Uarnet network., planning and execution of works on connecting new users, management of projects on adjustment and start-up of telecommunication equipment and connection channels.
Network support unit consists of following departments:
- department of access network operation;
- department of access network administration;
- department of information protection.
Radio network support unit
Service for users connected through radio-network of Uarnet’s partner “Radio service” LLC. Task of this unit is solving all range of technical issues that determine high-quality work of end users.
Dedicated line unit
Connection and service of dedicated lines users. Task of this unit is solving all range of technical issues that determine high-quality work of end users.
Trunk channel unit
Provides functioning of intercity and international connection channels, Internet traffic routing, within all parts of network and determines policy of cooperation with foreign Internet-operators as well as means and ways of reservation of connection channel with global Internet. Unit also monitors connection channel and provides non-stop functioning of trunk channels.
Users support unit
Provides efficient and polite users support, creating convenient conditions for users. Advises users on all range of available services. Signs contracts, fills in databases, provides saving of documents. Accepts and registers correspondence, forwarding it to other departments. According to management resolutions, transfers documents for further execution, makes registration cards. Sends correspondence to various recipients. Registers ingoing and outgoing correspondence, systematizes and caves documents of current archive. Provides saving of company documents/ Takes measures on conflicts preventing and solving. Considers complaints on poor users’ service and takes appropriate measures.
Accounting department
This department is the part of users support unit. Its main purpose is to create flexible system of accounting that would meet the demand of both users and Uarnet network personnel as well as modern standards of accounting systems.
